做外貿(mào)的朋友都知道，在報關單程中不可避免會用到報關英語，在報關流程時候需要看得懂一系列的相關單據(jù)，而這些單據(jù)都會用到報關英文，同時在報關過程中，我們應該知道一些常用的報關英語。

一、報關單上常常會出現(xiàn)的英文單詞和縮寫
1) Customs-clearance 或declaration（“申報”）at the customs（“報關”：名詞）
2) apply（申請）to（向）the customs. Declare at the customs（以上為動詞“報關”）
3)另：clearance of goods或entry也可指“報關”(n.) (clear the goods from customs:為貨物報關)
4)“報關單”：bill of entry或application to pass goods through customs或customs debenture或customs declaration或entry（一個詞）或report
5)報關費：customs clearing fee
6)報關行：customs broker或customs house broker
7)報關經(jīng)紀人：customs agent
8)報關港口：port of entry
9)報關文件：entry

二、報關單證相關英語（documents)
進出口業(yè)務涉及的單證總的包括三大類：
1、金融單證（信用證、匯票、支票和本票）
2．商業(yè)單證（發(fā)票、裝箱單、運輸單據(jù)、保險單等）
